1General Overview & Acceptance

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, merchants, and contributors of content. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the website or use any services.

2Product Descriptions & UK/US Direct Imports

Technocrat specializes in direct UK and US imported Grade-A used laptops, ultrabooks, MacBooks, gaming rigs, and brand-new computer peripherals:

• While pre-owned devices may feature subtle cosmetic signs of gentle previous use, all internal hardware components (motherboards, CPUs, GPUs, keyboards, and battery health) are 100% verified functional prior to sale.
• We make every effort to display accurate specifications, hardware configurations, and images. Slight variations in cosmetic condition may exist between individual imported units of the same model.

3Pricing & Payment Verification

Prices for our products are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change without prior notice due to foreign exchange fluctuations and inventory availability.

Orders placed online are fulfilled following confirmed payment verification through our integrated Paystack gateway or verified direct bank transfer. We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order where payment verification cannot be confirmed or in the event of an obvious pricing typographical error.

4Dispatch, Delivery & In-Store Pickup

We provide delivery options across all 36 Nigerian states and the Federal Capital Territory (Abuja):

• Lagos Deliveries: Dispatched via verified dispatch riders, typically delivered within 24 hours of payment.
• Interstate Deliveries: Dispatched through established logistics partners (such as designated transport terminals and courier services) with tracking receipts provided on WhatsApp.
• In-Store Pickup: Customers may choose to inspect and collect their purchased equipment at any of our physical stores in Ikeja, Ikorodu, or Ijebu-Ode.

5Warranty & Replacement Terms

6Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
